The Jaguar Honey process ferments this lot anaerobically before drying with the mucilage intact, layering honeyed sweetness over a smooth, balanced cup. Shade-grown and hand-selected, this lot honors Costa Rica's efforts to protect the jaguar and preserve the rainforest ecosystem. 25% RDA of B6 and 100% RDA of B12.
